Where do I find my tracking number?
Cargoa sends you a tracking number when your shipment is booked, by WhatsApp or email. It looks like CGA-XXXXX-XXXXX. If you cannot find it, message us and we will resend it.
How often is tracking updated?
We add an update each time your shipment reaches a milestone, such as pickup, departure, arrival in Nigeria, customs clearance and delivery. All times shown are Lagos time.
Can I track using my airline air waybill number?
Airline waybill numbers are tracked on the airline's own website. Cargoa tracking shows the full journey including pickup, customs clearance and delivery, so use your Cargoa tracking number here.
Is my shipment information private?
Tracking shows only the route, status and updates for the number you enter. It does not show company names, prices or documents, and tracking numbers are long and random so they cannot be guessed.
My number is not found. What should I do?
Check the number for typing mistakes and try again. New bookings can take a few hours to appear. If it still does not work, WhatsApp or email us with the number and we will update you directly.
