Door to door

One journey, from the supplier's dock to your door.

Five steps, one partner. You tell us where the goods are. We take it from there.

  1. 1. Pickup at the supplier

We arrange collection at your supplier's location anywhere in the world and check the packing, marking and paperwork.

  2. 2. Export and booking

We prepare the shipping documents and book the cargo with an airline for the route that fits your deadline.

  3. 3. Air transit

Your cargo flies to Nigeria. You get updates from your Cargoa contact on WhatsApp or email.

  4. 4. Arrival and clearance

We handle customs clearance in Nigeria, with import documents reviewed and permits matched to your goods.

  5. 5. Doorstep delivery

Cleared cargo is delivered to your warehouse, factory or shop anywhere we can reach by road or water.

Why air freight

Speed where it matters for your business.

Time-critical stock and spare parts

Keep plants running, shelves full and projects on schedule when waiting weeks is not an option.

High-value and sensitive goods

Less time in transit means fewer touchpoints and less exposure to loss or damage.

Consolidated shipments

Combine several suppliers into fewer, better-planned consignments to control cost.

Pickup in any country

One partner coordinates collection wherever your supplier is, so you do not manage a forwarder per country.

Regulated cargo welcome

Dangerous goods are handled to ICAO and IATA rules with the right permits and packing.

Doorstep delivery

No gap between the airport and your site. We deliver by road, or by barge when the load calls for it.

Choosing a mode

Air, or something slower?

Air suits urgent, high-value and lighter cargo. When stock is heavy, bulky and can be planned, other modes cost less. Tell us the weight and the deadline and we recommend the right one.

Add cargo insurance and an import documents review to protect the shipment before it moves.

FAQ

Air freight questions

Can you collect from my supplier in any country?

We arrange pickup from your supplier's location worldwide. Tell us the city and country and the type of goods and we confirm the collection and the best air routing.

How long does air freight to Nigeria take?

Air transit is the fastest option, typically days rather than weeks, but the total time depends on the origin, the airline schedule, export formalities at origin and customs clearance in Nigeria. We give you a realistic plan with the quote.

Do you deliver to my business address?

Yes. After customs clearance we deliver to your warehouse, factory, shop or office, so the journey ends at your doorstep and not at the airport.

Who handles customs clearance?

Cargoa prepares and files the clearance documents and coordinates the process in Nigeria. We review your documents first so that mistakes are fixed before the cargo lands.

Can I ship dangerous goods by air through Cargoa?

Many dangerous goods can fly when they are classified, packed, marked and documented correctly, and some need permits first. See our dangerous goods page, or send us the product's Safety Data Sheet.

Is cargo insurance included?

Cargo insurance is arranged separately so that cover matches the value and risk of your goods. We place it for you through our insurance partners.
